The top 100 most coveted companies in 2015 according to LinkedIn.
Once again this year, LINKEDIN carried out its survey of more than 380 million members, in order to determine which employers are the most attractive to its members.
To achieve their ends, there was no survey, LINKEDIN used as a resource all the interactions of the different members with:
the names of the companies sought;
the company pages consulted;
employee profiles consulted;
the positions posted;
the number of applications received per posted position.
They call this method “Indemand measures”. It is a method that measures the different behaviors of members in real time when they use LINKEDIN.
The results
Here are the top 10 companies:
1. Google
2. Apple
3. Facebook
4. Microsoft
5. Nike
6. The Walt Disney Company
7. Tesla Motors
8. Procter & Gamble
9. Starbucks
10. Shell
Among these 100 companies, we find a large number in the technology sector with 29%, followed by the media and entertainment sector with 17% and 16% in the retail trade.
It is interesting to note that there are many companies established in Canada and / or Quebec, such as: GE, Suncor, Honeywell, Pepsi, Coca-Cola, Pfizer, IBM to name a few.
